Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations and Back Office Manager to support the smooth functioning of our Investment and Wealth Management firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficient back-office operations, and supporting the front office teams in delivering superior client service.
- Key Responsibilities:Operations Management: Oversee the operational workflow of investment processes, including trade settlements, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Client Onboarding: Manage client documentation, KYC processes, and ensure smooth onboarding procedures.
- Trade Execution & Reconciliation: Handle trade bookings, confirmations, and ensure timely reconciliation of client accounts.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all back-office operations comply with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, investment portfolios, and transaction history.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports on portfolio performance, trade status, and other relevant metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with front-office teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient resolution of any issues.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency in the back-office processes.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience: 3-5 years in operations or back office management, preferably within the Investment, Wealth Management, or Financial Services industry.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial products, investment management processes, and back-office operations.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is a must
- Knowledge of Tally ERP would be an added benefit.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
