Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Officer for our 3/4-Wheeler EV loan
business. This is a field role involving daily travel across EV 3-Wheeler dealerships within the city. The SO
will engage with customers, explain Vidyut loan products, convert prospects into successful loan
applications, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth file closures.
The SO will ensure first-time-right documentation, support customer EMI discipline during the first 3
months post-disbursement, and handle dealer and customer escalations effectively. This role is key to
driving Vidyut's loan penetration in the EV segment, building dealer trust, and ensuring customer
satisfaction.
Department / Team Objective
To drive adoption of Vidyut's EV loan products in the 3/4-Wheeler segment by ensuring customer
acquisition, dealer engagement, operational compliance, and customer trust.
Area of Responsibility
Customer acquisition and loan conversion at EV 3/4W dealerships.
Onboarding customers and educating them on loan terms.
Building and maintaining dealer and customer relationships.
Ensuring first-time-right document submission and timely disbursement.
Supporting collections by ensuring EMI discipline in the first 3 months post-disbursement.
Handling customer and dealer escalations effectively.

High conversion rates from dealership leads.
Increased percentage of first-time-right documentation.
Strong EMI repayment adherence in first 3 months.
High dealer and customer satisfaction, leading to repeat business.
Reduced escalations at dealership and customer levels.
Duties of the Role
Visit assigned EV 3W dealerships across the city and generate loan conversions.
Explain Vidyut loan product features, eligibility, and repayment terms to customers.
Collect, verify, and submit required documents (rental agreements, driving license, Aadhaar,
PAN, bank statements, etc.).
Coordinate with operations team to ensure timely processing and disbursement.
Educate customers on repayment terms and follow up for EMI adherence during first 3 months.
Handle and resolve customer and dealer escalations.
Build rapport with customers and dealers through consistent engagement.
Submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports to the TSM.

Educating customers on product and EMI repayment terms.
Handling routine dealer and customer interactions.
