The Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets by effectively engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, product expertise, and a customer-first mindset to drive sales and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Greet, engage, and assist showroom customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Provide detailed product demonstrations, features, and benefits to drive sales.

Achieve individual and showroom sales targets as per company objectives.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio, pricing, and ongoing promotions.

Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.

Assist in maintaining showroom display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement.

Support in merchandising, stock management, and promotional activities.

Process sales transactions, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads.

Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat and potential customers.

Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory).

Proven experience in retail/showroom sales or customer service.

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, POS system).

Fluency in [local language] and English (preferred).
