We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage walk-in clients at our showroom in Kirti Nagar. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in dealing with premium clients in furniture, lighting, or interior showrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend to walk-in clients with professionalism and warmth.
  • Understand client requirements and guide them through suitable product options.
  • Provide detailed product information, including specifications, pricing, and availability.
  • Maintain an attractive and organized showroom display.
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Coordinate with the backend team for order processing and delivery schedules.
  • Keep a record of customer interactions, feedback, and requirements.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the showroom.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a similar role at a furniture, lighting, or interior store.
  • Education: Graduate (preferred, not mandatory if experience is relevant).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable appearance with a pleasant personality
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Good understanding of interior aesthetics and customer preferences
