Job Responsibilities:

As a Team Leader at IndiaMART, you'll be responsible for:

  • Resource & Task Management: Effectively utilize team resources by assigning work appropriately based on individual skill sets.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track overall team performance, maintain detailed reports, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Development & Growth: Identify opportunities for training and skill upgrades to enhance team capabilities.
  • Adaptability & Innovation: Be open to feedback, implement necessary amendments, and encourage creativity by providing team members with appropriate freedom.
Job Skills & Requirements:

To succeed in this role at IndiaMART, you'll need:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated work experience as a Team Leader, ideally with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales-related fields like CASA, Justdial, Insurance, or Loans.
  • Technical Proficiency: Good knowledge of MS Excel and other productivity tools.
  • Leadership Qualities: Excellent communication skills and strong decision-making abilities.
  • Organizational Prowess: Superb time management and organizational skills.
  • Mandatory Tools: Must own a laptop and a bike.
  • Age Limit: Must be below 32 years of age.
  • Gender: This position is for a male candidate.
  • Educational Advantage: A degree in management will be an added advantage.
