Key Responsibilities:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, researching and analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to expand the company's market presence.

The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, preparing proposals, and presenting to potential clients. Applications are being invited for Bangalore and Delhi Locations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in Business Development and Client Relationship Management.
  • Experience in Market Research and Analysis.
  • Knowledge of Strategic Planning and Sales Strategy Development.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Prior experience in the surface design or architecture industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Preferred Industry (If Any):

Sanitaryware, Interior Design/Architect, Building Materials, Real Estate.

Key Skills Requirements:

Fluency in English, Team Handling, P & L Management, Sales Experience, Foot on Street.
