Our enterprise-level FSM software is designed to revolutionize how industries such as plumbing, electrical, landscaping, roofing, and handyman services operate. With nearly a decade of real-world testing and refinement, our FSM platform has already delivered substantial growth and profitability for field service businesses. With recent funding, we are now positioned to scale our technology, optimize our UI/UX, and launch innovative features that will further disrupt the FSM landscape. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to bring on a Product Analyst who will play a crucial role in optimizing our product for continued success.

• Product Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics such as product usage, engagement, retention, and overall effectiveness to provide valuable insights on performance.
• Dashboard & Report Creation: Develop and maintain detailed reports and interactive dashboards that track KPIs, enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
• Competitor & Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to stay ahead of market trends and competitor products, identifying opportunities for product enhancements and differentiation.
• Optimize User Journeys: Analyze the user experience (UX) by identifying pain points and inefficiencies across the user journey, then propose data-driven solutions that improve user satisfaction and retention.
• Data-Driven Insights & Recommendations: Present actionable insights to stakeholders based on comprehensive data analysis, providing evidence-backed recommendations for product improvements.
• Experimentation & A/B Testing: Lead efforts to design, implement, and analyze experiments and A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new features and optimize existing ones.
• Continuous Learning & Mentorship: Stay current with the latest tools and best practices in product analytics, and actively share knowledge while mentoring junior analysts to maintain high standards in data accuracy and insight quality.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product analysis, data analysis, or a similar data-driven role, with a strong understanding of product metrics and KPIs.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
• Quick adaptability to new tools, systems, and processes, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, including product, design, engineering, and marketing, to drive product optimization.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms (knowledge of SQL and Mixpanel is preferred).
• A strong ability to interpret data from a variety of sources and transform it into meaningful recommendations that drive business results.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
