We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst with strong documentation and technical writing skills to support product development and operations. The ideal candidate will translate business logic, workflows, and product features into structured documents, process maps, and technical specifications. This role acts as a bridge between product, design, and development teams to ensure clear communication, documentation accuracy, and functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and user stories.
- Prepare detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and User Manuals.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to convert business concepts into functional wireframes and technical specs.
- Draft API documentation, user guides, FAQs, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Create process flow diagrams, use-case scenarios, and data models using visual tools.
- Conduct requirement walkthroughs, ensuring alignment between business and tech teams.
- Maintain version-controlled product documentation using shared repositories (Notion, Confluence, etc.).
- Participate in sprint planning, QA reviews, and ensure test cases align with requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Expertise in Product Analysis, Documentation, or Technical Writing.
- Strong understanding of SaaS-based systems, preferably in recruitment or HR tech platforms.
- Excellent command of written English and ability to produce precise, structured documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in creating visual documents like flowcharts, wireframes, and entity diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with documentation tools (Confluence, Notion, MS Word, Miro, Figma).
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for process gaps and user-experience improvements.
Technical Skills / Tools :
Confluence, Notion, Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, MS Word, Excel, , Google Workspace, Jira, ClickUp, Markdown editors.
Key Performance Indicators :
- Accuracy and completeness of PRD/FSD and user documentation.
- Timely delivery of documentation aligned with sprint milestones.
- Effective collaboration across product, design, and engineering teams.
- Quality and usability of published documentation for developers and users.
- Responsiveness to feedback and process improvement suggestions.
