RRVL One Tech is hiring a skilled and dedicated Product Analyst to join our team. If you are passionate about driving product success through data, possess 2+ years of relevant Analytics experience, and thrive in the fast-paced world of online e-commerce, we want to hear from you.


The ideal candidate will own the entire performance analysis cycle, from Ideation and Impact Estimation to Tracking setup and final Impact Analysis. This is a critical role focused on using data to influence product strategy.


Key Responsibilities
  • Setting up, measuring, and tracking metrics for product/functional performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with Product teams to validate hypotheses through data, including designing and measuring the impact of A/B experiments.
  • Becoming the domain champion, developing a clear, data-driven understanding of how users interact with our product.
  • Building strategic partnerships with Product Leaders, Managers, Designers, and Engineers.
  • Conducting a review of analytics implementation to ensure the collection of high-quality data.

Qualifications & Skills

Candidates must have proven experience in Product Analysis and meet the following mandatory criteria:

  • 2+ years of relevant Analytics experience, preferably in online e-commerce, with specific 2+ years of product analyst experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau).
  • Demonstrated ability to structure analysis and generate relevant insights to achieve business and product goals.
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high level of comfort with numbers.

Additional Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably Engineering).
  • Proficiency in using AI-powered tools (e.g., for data analysis, insight generation, automation, and documentation) to improve productivity and decision-making.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics tracking and event tagging.
  • Understanding of concepts in quantitative user behavior analysis (e.g., segmentation, trends, cohort analysis).
