Risk Manager with MIS responsibilities is tasked with identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks across business operations while leveraging data systems and reporting tools to support decision-making. This hybrid role blends traditional risk management with data governance, reporting, and analytics.
Deep understanding of ECL workings, Portfolio Review (Bucket Movement / Variable understanding), CGTMSE Process etc.
Prepare risk reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with global risk standards and internal policies
Deep knowledge of Excel. Python & Power BI knowledge would be of added advantage.
Design and maintain dashboards and reports for risk metrics and KPIs.
Analyze large datasets to uncover risk patterns and trends.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in risk reporting systems.
Coordinate with IT and data teams to ensure secure and efficient data flows.
Experience: 3+ years in risk management, MIS, or Data Analytics roles.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Excel).
- Knowledge of risk modeling and statistical analysis.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
