Key Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain a network of local contacts such as builders, contractors, engineers, real estate agents, and officials to generate business leads.
  • Promote company schemes through field visits, events, and promotional activities across commercial and residential areas.
  • Conduct marketing campaigns, distribute promotional materials, and collaborate with associations to enhance brand visibility.
  • Identify potential construction projects and new business opportunities in the market.
  • Manage sales operations, documentation, and customer proposals from initial screening to approval.
  • Coordinate with the Cluster Manager to ensure timely processing and achievement of business targets.
  • Analyze market trends and performance data to support strategy development.

Job Type: Full-time
