Job Description Responsibilities Agency Channel / POS Development - Manage a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSM) and Relationship Managers (RMs) to develop and manage the Individual Agency Channel in the assigned area. - Assist employees in sourcing and servicing POS agents as per agreed business mix and policy. - Drive Agency Channel/POS development for the assigned location. - Coordinate with the Operations team for pre-licensing, training, and licensing processes. - Conduct induction training and coordinate with the sales training team for product and ongoing training sessions. - Maintain a healthy mix of new and existing agents/POS. - Develop and execute strategies to target and penetrate various market segments. Agency Channel / POS Management - Monitor agent performance on key metrics such as renewal/fresh database, funnel, and closures. - Maintain a high active percentage of POS agents. - Control attrition rates among POS agents. - Ensure high productivity levels of the team and POS while maintaining strong engagement. Channel Servicing - Manage reconciliation of partner accounts and coordinate with relevant departments. Profitability - Analyze market dynamics and provide feedback for internal process improvement. - Manage loss ratios and ensure profitable business operations. Compliance & Hygiene - Ensure compliance with external bodies and internal policies. - Oversee cheque bounce recovery and manage business pendency efficiently. Qualification - Graduate (any discipline). - Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Insurance Agency Sales.
