About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and driven In-house Recruiter with proven experience in US staffing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment for US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job boards (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide qualified candidates.
  • Negotiate pay rates with consultants and finalize offers in alignment with client budgets.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and client requirements.
  • Maintain ATS/database with accurate and updated candidate information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in US staffing/recruitment (end-to-end cycle).
  • Excellent knowledge of US time zones, recruitment practices, and job portals.
  • Proven track record of closing positions within deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
