Position: Technical/ Sr. Technical Recruiter US Staffing
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Location: Sector 63, Noida (Onsite)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US clients sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through Job Boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Review job descriptions, understand client requirements, and identify suitable candidates.
- Negotiate compensation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain candidate databases in ATS platforms (JobDiva / Ceipal / Bullhorn).
- Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to meet submission and placement targets.
- Ensure compliance with client hiring policies and US labor laws.
- Manage W2, 1099, C2C hiring processes and work with various work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 15 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in the US Staffing industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Familiarity with VMS/MSP hiring processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in US shift timings (Night Shift IST).
- Experience with Boolean searches and other advanced sourcing techniques.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Timings
- Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Monday–Friday)
- Work Mode: Onsite (Sector 63, Noida)
