Position Overview

We're seeking a Senior Webflow Developer to build high-performance, conversion-focused websites. You'll lead complex projects while optimising for speed, user experience, and business results.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build & Launch: Design responsive websites using Webflow's visual development platform
  • Performance Optimisation: Optimise loading speeds, Core Web Vitals, and overall site performance
  • Advanced Development: Create custom interactions, animations, and complex CMS structures
  • Technical Leadership: Lead projects, mentor junior developers, and ensure code quality
  • Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions

Required Webflow Expertise

  • 3+ years of professional Webflow development experience
  • Master-level proficiency: Webflow Designer, CMS, E-commerce, and Hosting
  • Performance Expert: Website speed optimisation, Core Web Vitals, SEO implementation
  • Advanced Features: Custom code, API integrations, complex interactions and animations
  • CMS Mastery: Dynamic content, collections, templates, and database design

Technical Skills

  • Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive design
  • Performance: Page speed optimisation, image optimisation, caching strategies
  • SEO: Technical SEO, schema markup, site structure optimisation
  • Integrations: Third-party APIs, marketing tools, analytics implementation
  • Quality Assurance: Cross-browser testing, mobile optimisation, accessibility standards
