About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Webflow Developer
with a strong background in
WordPress development
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have
5–6 years of hands-on experience
in building, customizing, and maintaining modern, responsive, and high-performance websites. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to transform ideas into functional, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain websites using
    Webflow
    and
    WordPress
    .
  • Convert Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages.
  • Customize and optimize WordPress themes, plugins, and templates.
  • Implement custom animations, interactions, and dynamic CMS-driven content in Webflow.
  • Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility and responsive design best practices.
  • Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and scalability.
  • Manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., CRMs, analytics, APIs, marketing tools).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and website performance challenges.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and project managers to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–6 years of professional experience
    in web development.
  • Proven expertise in
    Webflow development
    (portfolio of live projects required).
  • Strong experience in
    WordPress development
    (themes, plugins, custom functions).
  • Proficiency in
    HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    CMS management
    and custom workflows.
  • Knowledge of
    SEO best practices
    and website optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with
    UI/UX design principles
    and ability to work closely with designers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.

Good to Have

  • Experience with
    Shopify or other CMS platforms
    .
  • Knowledge of
    animation libraries (GSAP, Lottie)
    .
  • Understanding of
    Web accessibility standards (WCAG)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    modern frameworks
    (React, ) is a plus.
