Role Overview

As a Webflow Designer, you'll bridge the gap between design and development. Working closely with our brand strategists and designers, you'll take ideas from Figma prototypes and turn them into high-performing, interactive Webflow websites. Your role ensures our websites are not only visually stunning but also intuitive, user-friendly, and technically sound.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain responsive websites using Webflow.

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform Figma wireframes and mock ups into fully functional sites.

  • Apply best practices in UX design to ensure intuitive user flows.

  • Implement CMS-driven structures, animations, and interactions.

  • Ensure sites are SEO-friendly, mobile-optimized, and fast-loading.

  • Integrate third-party tools, automations, and analytics when needed.

  • Stay updated with Webflow updates, no-code tools, and design trends.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio of Webflow websites (showcasing responsive design, CMS, and animations).

  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems.

  • Proficiency in Figma and related collaboration tools.

  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, accessibility, and performance optimization.

Bonus

  • Knowledge of Lottie animations, motion design, or light coding (HTML/CSS).

  • A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with strong collaboration skills.
