Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Executive based in Chennai. The Junior Executive will assist in everyday operations, coordinate logistics activities, support communication with partners and clients, and ensure the seamless execution of projects. Responsibilities include managing data and documentation, liaising with cross-functional teams, resolving operational issues, and contributing to achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with logistics operations, supply chain principles, and customer service support.
  • Proficiency in coordination, documentation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding or experience in using computer applications, spreadsheets, and relevant tools.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in logistics, operations, or a related field is an asset but not mandatory.
