Job Title: Junior Digital Marketing Executive – Retail / Store Products Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Digital Marketing or Social Media Location: chennai ( T.nagar) Employment Type: Full-time --- Job Summary: We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support our retail marketing team. The candidate should have basic experience in social media management, content creation, and online promotions for products or stores. You will help increase our online visibility and attract more customers to our shop.
--- Key Responsibilities: Create and post daily content (images, videos, stories, reels) on Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms Promote new arrivals, discounts, and festive offers online Respond to customer messages and comments on social media Help plan and run paid ads and boosted posts to reach local audiences Update product details and offers on Google My Business / website / e-commerce platforms Take photos or videos of products for online marketing Track post performance, reach, and engagement and report results weekly Assist with marketing campaigns and store events --- Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in social media or digital marketing Basic understanding of Facebook & Instagram Ads, hashtags, and engagement tools Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for creating visuals and videos Good communication skills and creative mindset Interest in retail products, sales promotions, and visual marketing --- Preferred Skills (Added Advantage): Experience with WhatsApp Business promotions or influencer tie-ups Basic SEO and Google Ads knowledge Ability to take and edit product photos/videos

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
