Key Accounts Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee and maintain long-term relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You will serve as the lead point of contact for all client account matters, anticipate client needs, and work within the company to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strategic, long-term trust-based relationships with key clients.

Act as the main point of contact between the company and assigned key accounts.

Understand clients' business needs and objectives to offer customized solutions.

Prepare account plans and strategies for key clients to meet their business goals.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and services.

Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and growth KPIs.

Monitor competitor activity within key accounts and provide feedback to internal teams.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, `Customer Support, Technical, etc.) to ensure a seamless client experience.

Resolve client issues quickly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Provide regular reports and forecasts to management on account performance.
