Position Overview

The Senior Channel Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the organization's network of channel partners, distributors, and resellers. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, optimizing channel performance, and ensuring alignment with corporate sales strategies and business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong relationship management skills, a solid understanding of channel sales models, and the ability to lead and influence partners to achieve mutual success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Strategy & Development

    • Develop and execute comprehensive channel sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.

    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners aligned with company objectives.

    • Conduct regular partner performance reviews and implement improvement plans where needed.

  • Revenue & Performance Management

    • Drive channel sales performance through joint business planning and quarterly target setting.

    • Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and partner contribution to overall revenue.

    • Ensure sales targets, profitability goals, and market share objectives are met.

  • Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, distributors, and system integrators.

    • Facilitate partner engagement through consistent communication, joint marketing activities, and sales enablement.

    • Address partner concerns and resolve conflicts effectively to maintain strong collaboration.

  • Market & Competitor Analysis

    • Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.

    • Provide insights to management on market trends, pricing, and emerging opportunities in the channel ecosystem.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure partners have the necessary tools, training, and support.

    • Coordinate with finance and logistics for smooth partner operations, including pricing approvals, discount structures, and order fulfillment.

  • Compliance & Governance

    • Ensure partners adhere to contractual obligations, brand guidelines, and compliance standards.

    • Maintain accurate partner documentation, sales reports, and forecasts.
