Job Title: Preschool Trainer

Location: Vadavalli

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on experience)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Monday to Friday / as per school schedule)

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool Trainer to join our play school. The ideal candidate should love working with young children, have a creative approach to teaching, and ensure a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities to support children's overall development.
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Support children in developing social, emotional, and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with other staff and communicate effectively with parents.
  • Maintain safety, hygiene, and discipline in the classroom.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in preschool/early childhood education preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English (and local language).
  • Patience, creativity, and a love for working with children.
  • Relevant training or certification in early childhood education is a plus.
