**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the objectives and standards of the international pre-primary curriculum.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and instructional materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through structured play, interactive activities, and group experiences.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers through regular communication and formal evaluations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
- Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues based on trust, respect, and open communication.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic learning environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Keep accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and developmental milestones.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Certification in early childhood education or teaching credential/license (if applicable).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary or early childhood setting, preferably with exposure to international curricula.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
- Proficiency in English (additional language proficiency may be advantageous depending on the school's demographic).
- Familiarity with technology integration in teaching and learning processes.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,723.35 - ₹27,297.72 per month
