**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Implementation**: Effectively teach and implement the CBSE curriculum for pre-primary classes, ensuring a child-friendly approach that aligns with the Montessori method.
- **Child Development**: Cater to the individual learning needs and developmental stages of children, encouraging curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning in a structured yet flexible environment.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive, disciplined, and nurturing classroom environment that fosters growth, independence, and respect among students.
- **Observation & Assessment**: Regularly observe and assess students’ progress, documenting their development, and communicating updates to parents and the management team.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Work closely with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a smooth and effective educational experience for all students. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
- **Montessori Method Integration**: Incorporate Montessori principles, such as hands-on learning, self-directed activity, and cooperative play, to enhance the learning experience.
- **Event Planning & Extracurricular Activities**: Assist in planning and executing age-appropriate events, activities, and programs that engage students and promote learning beyond the classroom.
- **Professional Development**: Stay current with educational trends, particularly Montessori practices and CBSE curriculum guidelines, attending workshops or training as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Montessori Certification**: Must hold a recognized Montessori teaching certification.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in pre-primary education, with a focus on the CBSE curriculum.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Knowledge of child psychology and developmental stages.
- Ability to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a deep understanding of early childhood education.
- **Educational Requirements**: A Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or a relevant field is preferred, in addition to Montessori training.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
