**About the Role**:
Right Step Preschool, the top-rated preschool in Tambaram, is hiring a Curriculum Developer to lead the design of developmentally appropriate, creative, and psychologically sound curriculum for preschool learners aged 2 to 6. This is a non-teaching role and requires both theoretical depth and practical insight into early childhood learning.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Independently design monthly and weekly curriculum plans for PG, Nursery, LKG, and UKG.
- Develop structured lesson flows, activity plans, and observation-based assessment ideas.
- Integrate multiple frameworks such as Montessori, Multiple Intelligences, play-based learning, and child-led inquiry.
- Create engaging materials like worksheets, AV content ideas, and indoor/outdoor activities.
- Align curriculum with developmental milestones and early childhood psychology.
- Collaborate with academic advisors and stay updated with current trends in preschool education.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Strong in early childhood development theories and child psychology.
- Able to design curriculum independently from scratch.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about breaking traditional teaching models.
- Fluent in written English with excellent documentation skills.
- A team player with high ownership and innovative thinking.

**Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)**:

- Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Developmental Psychology, or Montessori Training.
- Prior experience in preschool curriculum design (not essential if you can demonstrate your skill).
- Sample work, activity plan, or worksheet portfolio is encouraged.

**Salary**: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000/month based strictly on performance and value—not seniority. This is the highest pay offered in the segment for curriculum creators who can truly innovate and deliver.
