Role Overview:

Bhanzu is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences for web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is empathetic toward users, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and demonstrates both technical skills and creativity.

What You'll Do:

● Collaborate with the team on the design process from concept exploration to implementation

● Use modern design tools and workflows, including emerging AI-assisted solutions, to speed up ideation and prototyping

● Execute on the product you design from start to finish

● Translate both qualitative and quantitative data insights into actionable design decisions

● Present and communicate your designs to the team and the greater organization to build consensus around concepts

● Work well in a team and collaborate effectively with other UI/UX designers

● Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth design implementation

● Proven UI or visual design experience, with a portfolio showcasing human-centered design principles

● Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator

● Experience in creating and managing design assets for multi-platform products

● Comfortable experimenting with new design technologies, including AI-based usability testing and research tools

● Ownership mindset to manage projects and meet deliverables on time

● Strong structural design thinking skills

Desired Candidate Profile:

● 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role

● Demonstrable UI/UX design portfolio with projects for both web and mobile platforms

● Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator

● Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping

● Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
