  • We are looking for a Senior Sales Professional to head our Sales Department across Pan India.
  • The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Genset, Elevator, Battery, or Industrial Sales, with a proven ability to drive business growth and build strong client relationships.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Genset / Power Solutions / Energy industry.
  • Proven track record in sales growth and market expansion.
  • Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a large sales team.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to close large strategic deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate in Engineering or Business Management (MBA preferred).
  • 12-18 years of sales experience, with minimum 5 years in a leadership role in Genset or related industrial sales.
