About the Role:

Join a 100% results-driven team. In this role (70% lead gen / 30% eCommerce), you'll leverage Google, Facebook, and TikTok Ads to drive customer acquisition. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you'll use data insights to craft strategies, collaborate with designers and creators, and run high-performing campaigns. You'll track results daily, optimize budgets for growth, and manage up to 35 accounts.

Requirements:

Expert in Meta, Google, TikTok & GoHighLevel integrations

Native/near-native English

3+ years of performance-based media buying experience (lead gen or conversion focus)

Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient multitasker

Responsibilities:

Set up, manage & scale paid media campaigns

Analyze and optimize through A/B testing (ads, copy, landing pages)

Collaborate with teams to create assets and reports

Ensure accurate tracking and attribution

Stay updated on trends
