**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and manage media buying strategies across platforms, focusing on Facebook, Instagram and google Ads.
- Understand and implement custom audiences and lookalike audiences to enhance targeting.
- Generate and install the Facebook pixel for accurate tracking and measurement.
- Manage and monitor campaign growth by building, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns to meet marketing objectives.
- Create engaging ads and compelling ad copies that resonate with target audiences.
- Oversee the implementation, tracking, and measurement of integrated digital marketing campaigns within established timelines and budgets.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on data-driven analysis.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate experiments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Track funnel conversion rates and identify critical areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to drive engagement and achieve results.
- Prioritize and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

**Skills Needed**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Google Docs.
- Expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of funnel and landing page tools like Swipe Pages and Flexi Funnels.
- Familiarity with AI tools, particularly ChatGPT.
- Experience in copywriting for creative briefs, ad copies, and video ad scripts.
- Self-managed with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Experience working with coaching and ed-tech funnels.
- Experience in running YouTube ads optimized for sales conversions.
- Background in client-facing roles.
- Basic knowledge of coding and web development.
