Vice President – Sales (Cloud & Cybersecurity)

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Salary max 30 LPA (50% fixed and 50% variable)

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and cybersecurity solutions. You will lead enterprise sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build long-term partnerships with CXO-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization focused on Cloud and Cybersecurity solutions.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue, profitability, and market expansion.

Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level clients, technology partners, and strategic stakeholders.

Collaborate with leadership to align go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and business goals.

Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.

Partner closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and customer success.

Manage forecasting, pipeline health, and key sales performance metrics.

Represent F9 Infotech at industry events, conferences, and executive forums.

Required Qualifications & Experience

16+ years of experience in technology sales, including 6–8 years in Cloud & Cybersecurity solutions.

Proven track record in closing large enterprise deals and achieving multi-million-dollar sales targets.

Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and cybersecurity domains (network, data, identity, application security, etc.).

Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-level and geographically distributed sales teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to convert market insights into actionable sales strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
