Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join The Brand Marketing team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our company and our clients to enhance online presence, generate high-quality leads, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO & SEM Management:
  • Develop and execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
  • Manage and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media, including budget allocation, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Social Media & Content:
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging, brand-consistent content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Run and track both paid and organic social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content creators to align marketing content with overall strategy.
  • Email Marketing & CRO:
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotional emails) to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) by testing and optimizing website landing pages and user funnels.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and relevant social media insights.
  • Generate actionable reports on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and ROI to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A creative mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data into strategic actions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
