Job title: Integration tester

Job location: Pallavaram , Chennai

As an Integration Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of XML, API, and EDI transactions and integrations with business requirements and industry standards. This position requires close collaboration with development teams, business analysts, and external partners to facilitate seamless electronic communication.

Requirements:

· Test Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for integration testing, including functional and regression testing.

· Test Case Management: Create and maintain detailed test cases and scenarios based on specifications and requirements documented in Excel.

· Test Execution: Execute both manual and automated tests to validate functionality, reliability, and performance of integrations.

· Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

· Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports to ensure transparency and traceability.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide constructive feedback on design and functionality.

· Process Improvement: Actively participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing testing methodologies and practices.

Required Skills/qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Strong proficiency in XML, API, and EDI standards (including X12 and EDIFACT)

· Proven experience in integration testing for both inbound and outbound messaging systems. (Mandatory)

· Proficiency in SQL for data validation and verification.

· Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, and Ready API.

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

· Proven experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.

· Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented atmosphere.

· European Shifts any 9 hours between 10am to 11pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
