About the Role

We are looking for an
Operations Associate
to work directly with the Founder. The ideal candidate is organised, resourceful, and thrives in fast-moving environments. You will coordinate daily operations, manage communication between teams and vendors, and ensure that every execution detail aligns with the larger plan.

The role demands ownership, discipline, and a calm sense of urgency — someone who can think ahead, handle multiple priorities, and keep operations flowing smoothly.

Key Responsibilities


• Coordinate day-to-day operational workflows across internal and external teams.


• Manage schedules, meetings, follow-ups, and communication between all departments.


• Support the onboarding and documentation process for new hires.


• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners for procurement and project execution.


• Maintain tracking sheets, reports, and operational data with accuracy and consistency.


• Assist with event operations, logistics, and on-site coordination when required.


• Anticipate operational needs and proactively resolve challenges before they escalate.

Requirements


• Strong organisational and multitasking ability.


• Excellent communication skills and follow-through.


• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Excel.


• Comfortable working in dynamic schedules and fast-paced environments.
