Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager with 3–4 years of experience in managing IT projects. The ideal candidate must be well-versed with Agile methodology, have hands-on experience in using project management tools, and hold a Scrum Management Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders).
  • Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile principles and continuous process improvement.
  • Utilize project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or equivalent) for task tracking and reporting.
  • Drive team motivation, accountability, and alignment toward project goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodology.
  • Scrum Management Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Good to Have:

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exposure to emerging technologies (AR, VR, AI, etc.).
