**Job description**

**Experience - 4+years**

**Scope of Responsibilities**:

- Take end-to-end ownership of multiple projects / project tracks
- Create and maintain project plans and other related documentation for project objectives, scope, schedule and delivery milestones
- Lead and participate across all the phases of software engineering, right from requirements gathering to GO LIVE
- Lead internal team meetings on solution architecture, effort estimation, manpower planning and resource (software/hardware/licensing) planning
- Manage RIDA (Risks, Impediments, Dependencies, Assumptions) for projects by developing effective mitigation plans
- Should know how to create useful, reliable and practical plans for development projects
- Conduct SCRUM ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Retrospective
- Set clear objectives for the project and roles/responsibilities for each team member
- Make the team accountable for the irtasks and help the team in achieving them
- Identify the requirements and come up with a plan for Skill Development for all team members
- Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and applies Agile frameworks and techniques (such as Scrum, Kanban etc.)
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Proven knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Implementation experience of Agile tracking tools such as JIRA, TFS, etc
