
Sales Manager

Delight Hospitality is a group of 3 hotels in Bangalore (84 rooms) with more properties in the pipeline. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who knows the Bangalore North market well and can manage corporate accounts effectively.
What the role involves:
- Driving sales for rooms and banquets across our hotels
- Handling and growing corporate accounts
- Building strong relationships with local businesses, travel agents, and event organisers
- Achieving sales targets and bringing in new business
Who we are looking for:
- 3–5 years of hotel sales experience in Bangalore
- Strong network in Bangalore North corporates
- Proven track record of managing corporate clients and MICE business
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client servicing skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
