Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Commercial Leasing 
Location: Bangalore South  
Salary Range: As per Industry Standards 

Role Overview 
We are seeking a driven and presentable Senior Sales Executive with hands-on experience in client 
acquisition for commercial real estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field 
sales, a passion for growth, and a proven ability to build and close leasing deals. 

Key Responsibilities 
Client Acquisition & Sales 

• Identify and engage potential clients for commercial leasing opportunities 

• Conduct field visits, site tours, and presentations to prospects 

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and broker 
relationships 

• Negotiate lease terms and close deals aligned with business targets 
Market Intelligence 

• Stay updated on local commercial real estate trends, competitor offerings, and pricing 
strategies 

• Provide insights to the leasing team to refine offerings and positioning 
Relationship Management 

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and property owners 

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and post-sale engagement 
Reporting & Coordination 

• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and deal progress 

• Assist in preparing weekly sales reports and forecasts 

• Collaborate with internal teams for documentation, site readiness, and client onboarding 

Requirements 

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing 

• Strong background in field sales and client acquisition 

• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 

• Proven track record of growth and performance in previous roles 

• Must be based in Bangalore South
