Der Standort Teltow entwickelt und fertigt elektronische Komponenten, hauptschlich auf Basis der Oberflchenwellen-Technologie (SAW). Die meisten Produkte sind kundenspezifisch. Unser Standort umfasst Produktionsbereiche mit verschiedenen Reinraumklassen fr den Frontend- (Waferfertigung) und Backend-Bereich (Montage). Zur Produktion gehren auch umfangreiche HF-Prfgerte. Wir sind international in den Bereichen Mobilkommunikation, Industrieelektronik, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Verteidigung und Sensortechnik ttig.

Sie sind dem Manager Process Engineering unterstellt und werden Teil des Process Engineering Teams. Als Process Technician, Frontend Process Engineering, untersttzen Sie die Produktion und tragen zur Optimierung bestehender und zur Entwicklung neuer Prozesse bei. Auerdem untersttzen Sie das Process Engineering Team in den Bereichen Wartung, Reparatur, Prozesssteuerung und -analyse.

Weitere Details zu den Erwartungen und Aufgaben dieser Position:

• Untersttzung der Frontend-Prozesse fr SAW-Filter und Oszillatoren, einschlielich Reparatur und Wartung der Gerte und Werkzeuge.
• Untersttzung des Process Engineering-Teams bei der Ertragssteigerung, Prozessentwicklung und -optimierung sowie bei der Datenerfassung und -auswertung.
• Mitwirkung bei der Festlegung der Anforderungen an neue und optimierte Gertespezifikationen und zugehrige Werkzeuge.
• Ausgeprgtes technisches Interesse, zunehmend Verantwortung fr Prozesse und Fertigungsanlagen zu bernehmen.
• Bereitschaft und Fhigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit anderen relevanten Abteilungen, um eine hohe Produktivitt in der Verfahrenstechnik sicherzustellen.

The Teltow location designs and manufactures electronic components, mainly based on Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) technology. Most products are customer specific. Our site includes production areas with different clean room classes for the frontend (wafer manufacturing) and backend (assembly) areas. The production also includes extensive RF test equipment. We are internationally active in the areas of mobile communications, industrial electronics, aerospace, defense and sensor technology.

Reporting to the Manager Process Engineering, you will be part of the Process Engineering team. As a Process Technician, Frontend Process Engineering, you will support the production and contribute to the optimization of existing and the development of new processes. You will also be involved in supporting the Process Engineering team in the field of maintenance, repair, process control and analysis.

More details on the expectations and responsibilities in this position:

• Support of the frontend processes for SAW filters and oscillators, incl. repair and maintenance of the equipment and tools.
• Support of Process Engineering team regarding yield improvement, process development and optimization, as well as data collection and evaluation.
• Contribution to the requirements of new and optimized equipment specifications and related tooling.
• Strong technical interest to increasingly take over responsibilities for processes and manufacturing equipment.
• Willingness and ability to collaborate with other relevant departments to ensure high productivity in Process Engineering.

Requirements/Qualifications: Qualifikationen/Anforderungen

• Techniker oder abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
• Einschlgige Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Reparatur von Fertigungstechnologien fr elektronische Bauteile
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der Elektronik

Kompetenzen

• Erfahrungen mit Frontend-Anlagen und -Prozessen sind wnschenswert
• Praktischer Ansatz zur Untersttzung technischer Bewertungen und Experimente
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Teamfhigkeit und ausgeprgte Soft Skills

Qualifications/Requirements

• Technician or completed technical apprenticeship program
• Relevant working experience in maintenance and repair of manufacturing technologies for electronic components
• Profound knowledge of electronics

Competencies

• Experiences in frontend equipment and processes are desirable
• Hands-on approach to support technical evaluations and experiments
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Teamworking and high level soft skills
