Fr unseren Bereich Gebudetechnik suchen wir einen
Architekt / Bauleiter / Ingenieur Gebudetechnik (m/w/d)
Einsatzort: Mannheim

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:
  • Verantwortlicher Ansprechpartner fr Bauprojekte, von der ersten Konzeptphase bis zur Dokumentation (LP 1-8 HOAI)
  • Vorgabe von Leistungsstandards bei Fremdvergaben fr planerische und technische Dienstleistungen
  • Gewhrleisten der technischen Betriebsfhigkeit sowie Durchsetzten von Vorgaben zu Mngelfristen und Verfolgung der Mngelhaftung
  • Steuern von internen Projektteams sowie Sicherstellung interner Prozessvorgaben
  • Ausfhrungs-, Qualitts-, Kosten- und Terminkontrolle von Bau- und Instandhaltungsprojekten am Standort Mannheim unter Bercksichtigung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
Unsere Voraussetzungen:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Diplom- oder Masterabschluss der Fachrichtung Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen
  • Einschlgige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung von Hoch- und Industriebauprojekten
  • Kenntnisse in den Regelwerken der Bauausfhrung (HOAI, VOB, DIN, VDE etc.)
  • Anwenderkenntnisse von ARCHI-CAD und ORCA-AVA
  • Einschlgige Planungs-, Organisations- und Problemlsungsfhigkeiten
  • Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermgen, Verantwortungsbereitschaft
  • Team-/ Kommunikationsfhigkeit, Dienstleistungsbewusstsein
  • Fhrungserfahrung wnschenswert
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (Level B1)
