Field Clinical Specialist - CRM (m/w/d) DEIN VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH
  • Aktive Untersttzung bei Operationen und Nachsorgeuntersuchungen
  • Primre:r Ansprechpartner:in fr technische und produktbezogene Fragen sowie bei Problemen
  • Organisation und Durchfhrung von Kundentrainings und Kongressbesuchen
  • Pflege aktiver Kundenbeziehungen sowie Aufbau neuer Beziehungen
  • Untersttzung unseres Sales Teams und der Abteilung Marketing
  • Informationsaustausch mit dem Vertrieb und der Abteilung Customer Service
DEIN KOMPETENZPROFIL
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Krankenschwester/-pfleger oder einer vergleichbaren Ttigkeit wie OTA/MTA mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Medizintechnik bzw. eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Medizin, und/oder Medizintechnik
  • Freude im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Starke Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstrke und Zuverlssigkeit
  • Versierter Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Groe Flexibilitt, u.a. im Sinne von Reisebereitschaft.
