Role :- Sales officer / Assistant Manager

  • Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers for current and savings accounts, including sourcing salary accounts from corporations.
  • Sales and cross-selling: Promote and sell various banking products, such as insurance, mortgages, and mutual funds, to existing and new clients.
  • Account activation: Ensure newly opened accounts are activated and meet initial balance requirements.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and performance to management.
  • Market research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
