Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Team Leader to lead our recruitment team in attracting and selecting top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment strategies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the recruitment team to meet staffing goals and objectives. Ensure to achieve the positions closures within TAT. Working on Niche positions towards closure. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews. Train and mentor team members to enhance their recruitment skills and knowledge. Utilize data and metrics to analyze recruitment effectiveness and optimize processes. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Generating External Agents data which is required for Business.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 3. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices. 4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 5. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. 6. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. 7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
