ECLEARNIX is a fast-growing EdTech platform delivering national-level hackathons, workshops, STTP/FDP programs, conferences, academic publishing, and learning solutions. We are strengthening our leadership team and looking for a proactive Team Lead who can manage people, projects, and performance with ownership.

Role Summary

The Team Lead will be responsible for supervising a group of team members across projects, ensuring smooth operations, quality outputs, and timely delivery. You will drive coordination, mentor juniors, and act as the bridge between management and the team.

Key Responsibilities1. Team Management & Supervision

• Lead, guide, and monitor a team of 5–10 members across departments.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, assign tasks, and ensure timely execution.
• Provide mentorship, support, and training to team members.
• Review team performance and share reports with management.

2. Project Coordination

• Oversee the execution of ECLEARNIX events: Hackathons, Workshops, STTP/FDP, Conferences, Courses, etc.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, HR, education, and tech teams for smoother workflows.
• Plan and track weekly sprints, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues when needed.

3. Quality Control & Delivery

• Ensure all outputs meet ECLEARNIX standards (documents, marketing assets, deliverables).
• Review and approve team work before submission.
• Maintain accuracy in reports, documentation, and operational sheets.

4. Communication & Reporting

• Act as a communication point between team and management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress summaries.
• Conduct review meetings and status update calls.

5. Process Improvement & Leadership Initiatives

• Suggest workflow improvements, SOP enhancements, and team productivity methods.
• Support in onboarding new employees and interns.
• Ensure adherence to organizational rules, HR policies, and operational SOPs.

6. Client & External Coordination

• Handle communication with speakers, faculty partners, institutions, and participants if required.
• Manage follow-up emails, scheduling, documentation, and meeting coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Management, Business, Engineering, or relevant fields.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in coordination, operations, or leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience using project management tools (Zoho Projects, Jira, Asana, Trello, Sheets).
• Excellent time management, delegation, and multi-tasking ability.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle pressure.
• Prior experience in EdTech/Event/Project roles is preferred.
