Omnichannel Reporting Business Analyst (A2/A3/A4/A5)
Title - Omnichannel Reporting Business Analyst
Experience - 3 to 10 yrs
Responsibilities
• Experience in digital or omnichannel reporting, analytics & insights
• Solid understanding of Paid Media channels (display, 3 rd party email, paid search etc) and
Owned digital channels (websites, home office email etc) and familiar with associated
data sets & platforms (3 rd Party Media PLD data, DCM, SA 360, Meta, LinkedIn, Adobe
Analytics etc)
• Create visualizations of digital KPIs that illustrate performance and highlight trends
• Analyse digital metrics to identify drivers of performance, derive insights and recommend
tactical optimizations
• Experienced in one or more BI technologies: Power BI
• Medium proficiency in MS Excel and SQL
• Design, develop, enhance and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Gather requirements and work with stakeholders to analyze business needs around
reporting
• Dedicated owner of data extracts to support all reporting deliverables
• Translate reporting business requirements into functional requirements for data extracts
• SME for all BU data sources, segmentation business rules and aggregates
• Coordinate and manage implementation of test and control
• Work across departments to iteratively enhance and improve reports.
• Participate in visual design and implementation of reporting suite look and feel
• Basic understanding of pharma commercial KPIs is required
• Should have some business analytics experience / mindset and domain expertise
• Experience in handling large data sets and building custom reports
• Develop custom intuitive, interactive and dynamic dashboards, enabling actionable
insights and self-service analytics.
