Role & Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of allotted sales targets
  • Lead generation
  • Accumulating prospective calls and cultivating them into business
  • Making daily sales reports
  • Reporting on closures and pipelines to RSM on a periodic basis
  • Ensuring appropriate documentation prior to deployment
  • Mapping the area
  • Coordination with the operations team prior to deployment
  • Taking care of CRM issues
  • Coordinating collections
  • Following up on price increases due to revision of wages/inflation

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 6-11 years of corporate sales experience
  • Strong communication skills
