Job Title: SMO Executive

Experience Required: 1 – 1.5 Years

Salary In-hand: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented SMO (Social Media Optimization) Executive to strengthen our brand's online presence and manage social media activities for both in-house and client projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing engaging content, running campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Create and manage content — 60% for in-house brand promotion and 40% for client projects.
  • Develop engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos that align with brand tone and marketing objectives.
  • Manage paid and organic social media campaigns to boost engagement and followers.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare monthly reports and insights.
  • Research current social media trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for consistent brand messaging.
  • Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1–1.5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or SMO.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple social platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Creative thinking with strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of paid ads and social media analytics.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
