**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative and effective social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness for clients.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content from a user-centered perspective, including posts, banners, videos, and reels.
- Optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) through regular posts, interactions, and strategies tailored to each platform.
- Use the latest SMO techniques to improve social media performance, increase followers, and drive traffic to clients’ websites.
- Work with graphic design tools like Canva to design visually appealing banners, posts, and social media content.
- Edit videos and reels using video editing software to create engaging and professional content.
- Monitor and track the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics).
- Engage with users, respond to comments, messages, and maintain a positive brand image.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep clients’ social media presence fresh and innovative.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing campaigns.
- Develop monthly reports that analyze key metrics, growth, engagement, and the effectiveness of social media strategies.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, values, and objectives.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 years of proven experience in SMO, managing social media accounts, and executing campaigns.
- Proficiency in content creation, including designing banners, posts, and visuals using tools like Canva.
- Strong video editing skills with knowledge of popular tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other video editing software) to create engaging video content and reels.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and the latest trends in social media marketing.
- Experience in running paid campaigns across various social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of SMO techniques and strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
- Ability to create content from the user’s perspective that resonates with the target audience and encourages interaction.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and how to optimize content for maximum reach.
- Analytical skills with the ability to track and report on social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and the audience.
