Job Title: Social Media Executive (1–2 Years Experience)

About the Role:

We're looking for a results-driven Social Media Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing brand presence across platforms. If you're creative, analytical, and passionate about digital trends, this is your opportunity to grow with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, image, video, reels).
  • Monitor performance using analytics tools and generate performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to align campaigns.
  • Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
  • Engage with the community—respond to comments, messages, and mentions.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
  • Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and ad management is a plus.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in running paid campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO or influencer marketing.
  • Ability to create basic visuals/reels using tools like Canva or CapCut.
