Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to generate leads, schedule meetings, and convert clients for our IT services like website development, app development, SEO, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of tech services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (via LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, local networking, email outreach, etc.)
- Set up and attend client meetings (in-person or virtual)
- Pitch your company's services (website, app, SEO, SMM, etc.)
- Convert leads into paying clients
- Maintain follow-ups and CRM
- Coordinate between the client and internal team
Required Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills (English + Local Language)
- Sales & Negotiation Skills
- Basic Technical Understanding (Website, App, SEO, etc. - not coding, but should know what these services are)
- Lead Generation Skills (LinkedIn, email outreach, freelance portals, cold calling)
- Client Handling and Presentation Skills
- CRM and Reporting Knowledge (Zoho, HubSpot, or even Excel)
Ideal Profile
- Experience: 1–3 years in IT service sales (preferred)
- Education: Any graduate (MBA in marketing is a plus, but not required)
- Location: Should be able to work from your office or remotely (based on your setup)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
