Job Description: Soft Skills Trainer (Psychometric Assessment Specialist)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Soft Skills Trainer
with expertise in
psychometric testing
to train and coach hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral training, talent assessment, and organizational development, with at least
4+ years of professional experience
in delivering impactful training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery
  • Design and deliver workshops for hiring managers on interpreting and applying psychometric tests in recruitment.
  • Conduct engaging sessions on soft skills, communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership behaviors.
  • Psychometric Expertise
  • Guide hiring managers on the use of psychometric tools for candidate evaluation.
  • Simplify complex assessment results into actionable insights for recruitment decisions.
  • Program Development
  • Develop customized training modules aligned with organizational hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to integrate psychometric assessments into hiring processes.
  • Evaluation & Feedback
  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and follow-up coaching.
  • Continuously improve training content based on participant needs and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum
    4+ years of experience
    in soft skills training, psychometric assessments, or talent development.
  • Strong knowledge of psychometric tools (e.g., MBTI, DISC, Hogan, OPQ, or equivalent).
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate psychometric data into practical hiring insights.

Preferred Attributes

  • Certification in psychometric testing or behavioral assessment.
  • Experience working with hiring managers, recruiters, or HR leaders.
  • Creative training methodologies (role plays, case studies, simulations).
  • Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.
